In my design i an using spartan 3A device XC3S200A-4VQG100I interfaced with platform flash p/n- XCF02SVO20C device. The interfaced between two device is as per the xilinx application note. I am using JTAG -USB diligent device. I have also installed the driver for this so that I can view the diligent in xilinx software 14.1. In cable setup I am able to detect the digilent cable. when i right click and say initialise chain it only detects xilinx FPGA XC3S200A-4VQG100I i, but does not detect plaltform flash. what could be the reason? Please provide feedback. Please also check the schematics attached. I have set the FPGA to master serial mode with M2,M1 AND m0=000. When i initialise the chain it shows only FPGA and no Platform flash.
