LINX update to newer LabVIEW version

Hi,

I've been playing with LabVIEW 2014, Linx 3.0 and a raspberry pi 3B for a while now.

I love the setup and the way of working.

Are there any plans on upgrading linx to a newer version of LabVIEW (2017 +) ?

I thought you guys were in charge for the linx driver. I noticed your logo on the configuration tool.

Hi @wimtormans,

Digilent did make the LINX driver. However, no work has been done on it since late 2016 and there are not any plans to update the LINX 3.0 driver for Raspberry Pi 3.0 deployment for newer versions of LabVIEW, so that particular functionality is only compatible with LabVIEW Home 2014.

So LINX disscussion would be continue on appropriate place.

Hi @toshas,

I don't have access to unlock the LINX forums, but I will ask to see if the forums could become unlocked instead. As mentioned though, Digilent hasn't done any work on LINX since late 2016, so nearly all of the discussion on the LINX forums will likely be community driven rather than with responses from the developer.
