Repair my Arty A7? I want to send my arty A7 to repair but I do not know where.

¿Puede alguien ayudarme en el soporte técnico como puedo hacer para enviar mi arty A7 a reparar, si es posible? Se lo presté a un compañero de trabajo de la universidad. Y ni siquiera pasaron 3 minutos cuando dejé de trabajar. Lo conecto por el enchufe de voltaje o por USB y no enciende ningún LED, pero si uno de sus componentes se calienta.
Necesito que me ayudes a tener lo que puedo hacer

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues.  We do not repair damaged boards. We can help you to find the initial point of failure. Depending on the issue you could potentially repair the Arty A7.

1) Have you tried using a different USB A to Micro B cable?

2) Have you tried using a different USB port?

3) Does POWER LD 11 light up when the Arty  A7 is turned on?

    a) If not I would like to check the power rails coming out of the power regulator.

         1) with a DMM please measure the voltage on the following capacitors:

                Either C170 or C171 (should be 5 V)

                Either C172,or C173 and eith C178 or C179 (should be 3.3 V)

                Either C180 or C181 (should be 1.8 V)

I prefer to send it to repair if possible but I do not know how to send it since nobody gives me an answer to send it. There is some way to send it to repair, because if it takes voltage to some components that are heated and what I do not want is to damage it more seriously.

We do not have a suggestion for a company that would repair the Arty A7.  I sent you a PM about the potential next step.
