Cannot connect to the basys3

I successfully installed the vivado and cable drivers but in the windows device management they didn't shown. If I add the drivers, it won't work and the error code is 10. I try to reinstall the cable drivers but the problem still existed. I also tried to use the wdreg but the systems didn't have such a command or an executable program. Thank you very much.

Welcome to the forums!

1) Please attach screen shots of the device manager section Ports and Universal Serial Bus Controller while the Basys 3 is connected to the PC and turned on.

2) When you turn on the Basys 3 does the Power LED (LD20) turn on as well?

3) Have you tried different USB cable? Some USB cable are just power only and will not transfer data.

4) Are you using a USB HUB?

5) Have you tried using different USB ports on the PC?

6) Have you tried using a different PC?
