I'm looking at purchasing a Analog Discovery Two; and I downloaded Waveforms to play around with it a bit before I bought the hardware to see what it could do. I do have one question that I can't figure out:
For the pattern generator function according to the specification found here: https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/instrumentation/analog-discovery-2/specifications
Digital Pattern Generator
Channels: 16 (shared)
Sample rate (real time): 100 MS/s
Algorithmic pattern generator (no buffers used)
Custom pattern buffer/channel: up to 16K samples
Output logic standard: LVCMOS (3.3V, 12mA)
Data file import/export using standard formats
Customized visualization for signals and buses
It says that the buffer is 16K samples, but when I try to do it in Waveforms, it maxs out at 1.024K samples. Is it 16K total, 1K for each channel? Or am I missing something?
