JUNEED
Hi We are using the ZCU106 Xilinx board and digilent "Pmod I2S2" module for our video design, and we have specified the LVCMOS12(1.2V) IO standard for the FPGA banks connected to Pmod pins. please confirm whether the LVCMOS12 IO standard is supported for the Pmod I2S2 module. (we understand from the datasheet, the Nominal DC power supply voltage is 3.3v and the High level input voltage is 60% of DC supply voltage, which comes to around 1.98v) Thanks Juneed
jpeyron
Hi @JUNEED, Looking at the IC's Data sheets here and here for the Pmod I2S2 the min and max voltages are 3.3V and 5V so using a lower voltage will not work. If you need the bank to be at the lower voltage I would suggest using a level shifter something like the Pmod LVLSHFT here. thank you, Jon
