Hi @lwew96,

Here is the Spartan 3E starter kit resource center.   Here is the Pmod DA3 resource center. Select the  Zedboard Demo Project link under Additional Resources  on the Pmod DA3's resource center.  This Analog Devices site has an XPS example for a different board using the Pmod DA3 that you can use as a reference for your project.
