HB3 components datasheet

Hi,

I wonder how fast I can trigger the HB3 Pmod (H-Bridge). Neither the datasheet or schematic give the references for its transistors and FETs.

Is there somewhere I can find this information?

Welcome to the forums. Thank you for pointing this out. We will be adding the transistors and FETs information to the Pmod HB3 reference manual.  Here are the transistors and FETs that are on the Pmod HB3:
