Can we interface EMIC 2 module (text to speech convertor) with ZYBO board?

Hi @shahbaz,

The EMIC 2 module uses 5v for VDD and the SOUT data line as described in the user guide here. All of the I/O on the Zybo is 3v3 as describe here. You would need to use a different power source other than the Zybo as well as a level shifter to work at a lower voltage. Something like the Pmod LVLSHFT.
