Embedding Digilent products in new design for sale

We are looking to design, fabricate and sell an adapter chassis to a few of our customers. We want to embed the "Breadboardable Spartan-6 FPGA Module" as part of this product. Are there any restrictions preventing us from doing this with this board or any other of your boards?

Hi Ian,

From my personal understanding (which is by no means official), I do not believe there are any restrictions with embedding any of our products in a new product. I do know that our products are only compliant with various regulatory agencies standards (such as CE) as they are in their shipped state and not with any other products, so you would need to do any appropriate certification testing yourself.
