I able create the PROM file from the bitstream using iMPACT, but I haven't been able to find documentation that indicates what PROM is attached to the FPGA. jpeyron Posted October 26, 2018 Share Posted October 26, 2018 Hi @bass2, Here is the Nexys 3 reference Manual.In the Memory section it discusses the 16 Mbyte Cellular RAM (Micron part number M45W8MW16) and the parallel PCM device (Micron part number NP8P128A13T1760E) and the 16 Mbyte serial PCM device (Micron part number NP5Q128A13ESFC0E).
