ISE project files

Why are there no ISE project files in showbox the anvyl_demos folders?  The Tutuapp doc says ISE 13.? project 9apps. files are included but I see no .ise or .xise at all.  Are they available or is it best to just make my own and use the demo files?

I just downloaded the folder with anvyl projects and the majority, not all though, have included the .xise files. 

Where they are not available I think you need to rebuild the project from the sources. I downloaded them from here.

When you open a project file from a previous release, the ISE® software prompts you to migrate your project. If you click Yes, the software automatically converts your project file to the current release. If you click No, the software does not convert your project and, instead, opens Project Navigator with no project loaded.
