WiFi for uC32 Cube Project

jackengr

Question

Newbie question. I have integrated a uC32 into an RGB LED Cube project (original code was Arduino-based.) I would like to add WiFi capability for display customization via my cell phone or laptop app. Is there a WiFi add-on board for the uC32? Or should I go to the WF32? Will there be any difficulties porting my existing code or (even better) protoboard pin layout?

Hi @jackengr,

There is the WIFI Shield here but there is only MPIDE code that would not work on the Arduino IDE.  I would use the WF32. You can use it with the arduino IDE and your code should not have an issue. I would use the Digilent Core on the Arduino IDE if you are not already.

cheers,
