NI has a Knowledge Article showing this with NI VISA (which I believe is used in the LINX Open and Close VI's) if you want some additional information and a visual example of this. The only thing you would need to make sure you do (which I imagine you are aware of) is to not mix and match the LINX Resource and Error lines. Let me know if you have any other questions about this.
