hugo.coolens@kuleuven.be
I was wondering whether it would be possible to use the analog discovery module from within Octave, maybe using the instrument-control package: http://octave.sourceforge.net/instrument-control/index.html Does anyone here have experience with this? kind regards, Hugo
sportq
+1 I'd like this too. Matlab is overkill and a too expensive for my needs.
attila
The WaveForms software installs the following: - Application: In Scope tool custom mathematic channels and measurements can be created with JavaScript. The Script tool lets you control the other instruments (Scope, Wavegen...), process the data, read/write to binary/text files... - Runtime: Exposes functions to control the EExplorer, Analog Discovery 1 & 2 devices. - SDK: Contains manual and examples (Python,C) to help writing custom application. I'm not sure if Octave supports loading external C style library, but you might use Python and access Octave using oct2py.
