mugwump Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 I'm developing code to control the VGA output on a BASYS2 board using ISE.and I am getting; WARNING:PhysDesignRules:781 - PULLUP on an active net. If the vsync pin is always an output pin (and never used as input), what will using a pull-up or pull-down resistor on that pin achieve? 2. What UCF entries do you have for the vsync pin?
