ESD Protection

I am new to fpga designing.And  I am considering the reference design of NEXYS DDR board for our Project, for which i want to know which exact  ESD protection array is used in reference schematic. Also please suggest any other esd protection suitable for JTAG  and USB.

Hi, can you tell us what project you are thinking of? Supposed there shouldn't be addition ESD protection for JTAG header or USB port ( I assumed that is your question).
