gecko48
Hi, I'm looking at the schematics for the Arty board (considering purchasing one) and am wondering what power sequencing strategy it uses. It looks to me like there's no control over when voltages ramp up. Don't FPGAs have stringent requirements on bringing up the power rails? Thanks,Michael
mwingerson
hello Gecko, Our engineers have taken the power-up sequence in to consideration when designing the on-board power system. I think they are most stringent in their power up vs a microcontroller but not as painstakingly specific as some LCD/LED screens. JColvin
Hi Michael, I have asked some of our applications engineers about this who will get back to you here on the forum. Thanks,JColvin
