  1. Hi, Can someone point to me please where can i find a tutorial/explanations how to use an IP core (in vivado) that interrupts the PS in a bare-metal application ? Until now i just created an IP for which I enabled "Interrupt suport"(created another interface for my block - S_AXI_INTR). By default, there is a timer(4 bits) which interrupts ARM in 10 steps. I followed this thread but is for microblaze and uses a axi interrupt controller. I want to link directly to PS because i have no other interrupts in the system. Regards, Mihai

    Mount SdCard XSDK

    Hi, I'm trying to access a file in sdcard but it fails at mounting process. My sdcard is FAT32 and i used xilffs library in xsdk bsp settings. When i run the bare metal app, it throws the error 13 at mount. Can anyone help me with this error ?

    Timer on bare metal app

    Hi, I want to measure elapsed time in a bare-metal application on the Xilinx Zynq SoC(zedboard). I included "xtime_l.h" and used XTime_GetTime(&tStart) and XTime_GetTime(&tEnd) to populate tStart and tEnd. The difference tEnd – tStart always gives me 0 for whatever instructions I put between XTime_GetTime(&tStart) and XTime_GetTime(&tEnd). Instructions between XTime_GetTime(&tStart) and XTime_GetTime(&tEnd) that I put are: ————————————- XTime_GetTime(&tStart); print(“Hello World\n\r”); for(int i=0;i< 1000 ;i++) { sum += i; } Xil_Out32(0x43c00000, 0x5); Xil_Out32(0x7aa00000, 0x5555); NumberOfPattern = Xil_In32(0x43c00004); XTime_GetTime(&tEnd) ————————————- I need to mention that i did not configure the PL part to include an axi_timer IP. I did not do this because, as i read, this uses the global timer in the zynq Soc whose counter increases every two clock cycles. Can someone to show me where is the mistake and give me some advices?
  4. Hi, Currently I'm working with micorblaze and Kintex 7 board, for Pseudo_random bit sequence (PRBS) function. I have created HLS IP (PRBS), integrated IP with vivado and exported it to SDK. But in SDK, i am getting only "Single bit" value instead of sequence of random bits. Please anyone guide me. What`s wrong in my coding? Need help from anyone. I need to get non-stop stream of random bits out of the IP and to display on Tera Terminal through XSDK.
