Spartan 3E Board not showing as an option in Xilinx ISE

Hello everyone! I got my hands on a Diligent Nexys 2 Spartan 3E Board in this pandemic from a prof next doors. I am proficient in Verilog HDL and VHDL. I want to test my codes on this board, but in the board select menu, there is no option to select for this board. After Googling this stuff, I found that the production of this board has stopped. Is there any way in which I can program this board using Xilinx Vivado ISE / (or any other software)? -
I tried to download the latest version of adapt 2 from Digilent website (LINK) but nothing happen even though download page is showing it will start automatically. I failed to download using these browsers (firefox, chrome, IE and Microsoft edge). I am only able to download the previous versions. Can anyone help ?

Hello forum, I just installed the waveform2015 from your repository to give it a try and get myself introduced to the interface. I am running ubuntu 16.10 on x86 system. I installed the debian package, but it does not launch the application even after I clicked the launch icon and waited for a while. Any hint to get around this issue ? Thanks

A lot of people haven't been able to upgrade to Windows 10 because Vivado will stop working.
