Thanks for reporting your success as well as your problems. I'd have been happier to have been able to offer answers to more of your questions but it's been so long since I've use the ATLYS for video I'm not sure what PC those projects are on, and I didn't want to rely on memory. But, it's always better to see someone figure out solutions on their own anyway.
