  1. Hi Peterb, Thanks for your info. I'm using 40 setups of web pack 2016.3. It seems what I found since my post is that the license manager comes up at the end of the install, but can be just closed it out since a license is not needed for the 2016 Web Pack. I guess it pops up because the installer can install things other than the Web Pack. Radd
  2. Thank you for replying. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I just don't see an option for Vivado WP 2016. Just 2015 and older.
  3. Dear nitin29, I've had the same issue with getting a license file for Vivado WebPack 2016.3 . I do as you suggest but the closest option is Vivado WebPack 2015 and earlier. Did you use the older version or found the 2016 license? Regards, Radd
  4. Hi Jon, Thanks so much for posting. We are using W7 that belong to a domain. I am going to have to do some checking to see what's there, but I know that when I hook up the Basys 3 under my account (which is an administrator) there seems to be 4 drivers that install. The Converter A & B, USB to Serial and I don't remember the fourth. When My students log in as a standard user, it tries to reload the USB to serial driver and never does. I'll go back to get some more info and driver versions. Thanks again. Radd

    Basys 3

Since you are talking about Vivado WebPack, I thought I could chime in. I am hoping that I did everything correctly. When I get to the end of the installation of Vivado WP 2016.3 The license manager comes up. ISE WebPack is listed, but not Vivado WebPack. I know the license is free, but is there a license file that I have to generate?
  6. I'm setting up a room full of Basys3 FGPAs using Xilinx Vivado WebPack 2016.3. I install the software and after completion I plug in the Basys3. It seems that 4 drivers install, When a student logs in, it seems to want to install the USB to Serial driver again but never does.
