    Abish sj, I have a few question for you so I can better answer your question. What platform are you using? Can you please tell me the process you are going through to create the BOOT image? Are you trying to create the BOOT image with both hardware platforms? -lengland

  3. Hi Steckdenis, I looked up the reference manual for the Nexys Video. According to the reference manual the 1V rail (FPGA core) can only draw 4amps. I think that since you are trying draw 8amps the board, it gets overloaded and because it can't draw the 8amps it wipes the program and then reboots itself. https://reference.digilentinc.com/reference/programmable-logic/nexys-video/reference-manual If you have any other questions feel free to ask. lengland

  5. Hi jophish, It could be possible to use xc3sprog looking at the following website, http://xc3sprog.sourceforge.net/hardware.php. However it is not supported by Digilent, so we can't guarantee that it will work. If you want to continue with xc3sprog I would recommend contacting the software developers. Have you tried using Vivado or Adept? These are both supported by Diligent and have plenty of resources for them. We can provide support when needed as well. lengland

    Pmod compability

    Hi k_hades1, I am not familiar with the DE0 Nano board. Taking a quick look at the product, it does show that it has GPIO, ground and VCC pins. It could be possible to use Digilent Pmods however it may be difficult to do. It could be possible to use the Digilent Pmods but you would have to create the drivers that went with since the DE0 Nano board is not supported by Digilent. lengland
  7. Hi there, Have you been able to get either Vivado or Adept to recognize the board? If you haven't could you please explain to me what is happening exactly so I can help you troubleshoot. I would also recommend installing the cable drivers and double checking the USB cable you have to make sure it can transmit data. lengland
  8. Hi Alexis, To do logic analysis, I would recommend using the Logic option in the Welcome tab. There you can add channels and pick the type you want. Once you have picked the type you want you can change the trigger type by clicking on the T and changing it to the desired trigger type, as attila stated. If you have more question the help menu is very useful. -lengland
  9. Hi dasboos, I referenced the help menu in the waveform program. The first step to setting the trigger would be to click on the green arrow on the right side of the window next to the voltage drop down window. That will show more options. You need to make sure the mode is switched to normal. The condition should be set to rising so that you are using a rising edge as a trigger. Setting the type option to edge will allow you to set the trigger condition to be on either the rising or falling edge. Next you need to adjust the level. This option is so that when the event reaches that voltage
