I talked to the Web guy and he's gonna check it out.
  4. Hello, Kaitlyn has given you all the information needed to complete what you're working on. We are willing to help with errors and other problems, but we aren't going to write code for you.
  5. Nice catch, I fixed the rsync part. I'm gonna ask around about the Zedboard stuff. That part was my co-author, so I'm not as up-to-speed on it. -Josh
  6. Liam, I don't know why Fedora works but Ubuntu doesn't, but I believe it's because the author wrote everything with his Fedora partition. I had this bug too, and the only solution I found was using Fedora. -Josh
  7. Hi Liam, Currently, the only way to fix this is to use a Fedora distribution of Linux instead of Ubuntu on the computer. Edit: Here is a more updated version of the instructable -Josh
  8. Hey GalaxyWatcher1, I'd recommend checking out this instructable written be our LabView. He goes over how to install LabView (which is harder than it seems), and links to some other helpful sites. -Josh
  9. Hi Gary, All of the example projects that Digilent has for the uC32 can be found on the wiki page here: https://reference.digilentinc.com/chipkit_uc32:chipkit_uc32 Unfortunately, we don't have any assembly code projects for the uC32, you might be able to find something in the chipKIT forums though. -Josh

I emailed our support team, here's what they sent back: I hope this helps! -Josh
  18. I'm might be able to narrow down what's happening. Does a corded keyboard/mouse work? It's possible that it's just a compatibility issue with Linux and All-in-One Keyboard (You can check out here that Linux isn't even included in their compatibility chart) Open up a terminal and run the command "lsusb", that will print out a list of devices currently connected. If you can post a screenshot that could provide some insight. -Josh
  19. Expanding on what JColvin said a little bit. It takes about 1.5-2 GB of memory to get everything booted. The 8 GB SD Card ends up offering about 4 more GBs of usable space than the 4 GB SD card. -Josh
  20. Hey guys, I'm just dropping in to say this is a great example of a forum topic. We want our forum members to be helping each other out, which is exactly what happened here. I'm the author of that instructable, but my knowledge of FPGAs is still fairly limited, so I wouldn't have been able to help as much I would have wanted too. (But you guys got everything figured out!) -Josh
