Analog Discovery 2 not turning on or connecting.

Hello, I have an analog discovery 2 device that i bought a couple months ago. I am having issue as it does not connect or turn on when USB is connected to the device. I would like to know what i can do to solve this? I believe the device is still under warranty, I would like to know how to get it claimed. Thank you for any suggestion.
