  1. I bought AD2 in January this year, but the following happened to me a few days ago. The laptop I use is a 2017 MacBook Air, version 11.2.3. I tried to rule out all the factors, such as changing the computer and data cable, but it didn't work. Could you please help me as soon as possible?
