  1. Thanks @attila. Is there a plan to support it in the future?
  2. Hi, I have an ADP5250 that is not being detected in Waveforms on Linux. I have tried reinstalling both the Adept drivers and Waveforms. The device works fine on Windows, so I don't think the ADP5250 is to blame. Also, when I plug in an old Analog Discover 2 on the same Linux machine, it also works fine. It seems to be only the combination of ADP5250 + Linux that is not working. Of interest may be the dmesg output. For the ADP5250, there's no FTDI driver loaded: [ 334.940312] usb 5-2: USB disconnect, device number 4 [ 356.999821] usb 3-1: new high-speed USB device number 5 using xhci_hcd [ 357.160800] usb 3-1: New USB device found, idVendor=3923, idProduct=7ab9, bcdDevice= 0.00 [ 357.160810] usb 3-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=4 [ 357.160814] usb 3-1: Product: Digilent ADP5250 [ 357.160817] usb 3-1: Manufacturer: Digilent [ 357.160820] usb 3-1: SerialNumber: 324168C [ 357.172749] hid-generic 0003:3923:7AB9.0008: hiddev0,hidraw3: USB HID v1.01 Device [Digilent Digilent ADP5250] on usb-0000:08:00.3-1/input0 [ 357.179669] hid-generic 0003:3923:7AB9.0009: hiddev1,hidraw4: USB HID v1.01 Device [Digilent Digilent ADP5250] on usb-0000:08:00.3-1/input1 [ 357.186683] hid-generic 0003:3923:7AB9.000A: hiddev2,hidraw5: USB HID v1.01 Device [Digilent Digilent ADP5250] on usb-0000:08:00.3-1/input2 [ 357.193639] hid-generic 0003:3923:7AB9.000B: hiddev3,hidraw6: USB HID v1.01 Device [Digilent Digilent ADP5250] on usb-0000:08:00.3-1/input3 But for the AD2, it recognizes the FDTI USB chip: [ 1044.325237] usb 5-2: new high-speed USB device number 5 using xhci_hcd [ 1044.478011] usb 5-2: New USB device found, idVendor=0403, idProduct=6014, bcdDevice= 9.00 [ 1044.478017] usb 5-2: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3 [ 1044.478020] usb 5-2: Product: Digilent USB Device [ 1044.478023] usb 5-2: Manufacturer: Digilent [ 1044.478025] usb 5-2: SerialNumber: 210321B0E513 [ 1044.480451] ftdi_sio 5-2:1.0: FTDI USB Serial Device converter detected [ 1044.480481] usb 5-2: Detected FT232H [ 1044.480813] usb 5-2: FTDI USB Serial Device converter now attached to ttyUSB2 [ 1044.693832] ftdi_sio ttyUSB2: FTDI USB Serial Device converter now disconnected from ttyUSB2 [ 1044.693859] ftdi_sio 5-2:1.0: device disconnected Any help is appreciated. 3. Hi, I'm having trouble getting the simple trigger in the WaveForms logic analyzer to work correctly with a Digital Discovery. I've successfully used the feature with an Analog Discovery 2, but the Digital Discovery doesn't seem to wait for the trigger to be active before recording. The trigger does work in other modes, just not Record. I've included a screenshot of my setup, where you can see that the trigger is not low at 0, but data was recorded anyway. Is anyone able to reproduce this? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I am using WaveForms 3.16.18 downloaded from the beta thread on this forum. Thanks.
