    Do I need to obtain a RMA # for replacement?

    No it doesn't help, I have multiple AD2, only this one doesn't work.

    I'm getting the "PLL not locked" message when I plugin the AD2 via USB cable to PC, and I cannot measure any signal using this AD2. It's a brand new device. Please advise. Thanks.
